Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

4. Limitation of Liability

TestPaperHero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to our platform, including any past test papers. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to upload and share this content, and that it does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any third party, including but not limited to schools and examination boards.

9. Prohibition of Copyright Infringement

You agree not to upload any content that violates or infringes the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright. This includes, but is not limited to, reproducing, distributing, displaying, or creating derivative works of copyrighted material without the express permission of the copyright owner.

10. Right to Remove Content

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content uploaded by users at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe it violates these Terms of Service, including our policies on intellectual property infringement, or if we receive a valid copyright infringement notice.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TestPaperHero, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, your uploaded content, or your breach of these Terms of Service, including any claims of copyright infringement.
